Structural Work Team Leader
Your tasks:

Supervise and coordinate a team on site.

Organise and distribute tasks according to plans and instructions.

Participate in structural work: formwork, reinforcement, concreting and masonry.

Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and safety regulations.

Ensure coordination with other site stakeholders.
Your profile:
-
Proven experience as a team leader in the building sector: mandatory.

Good knowledge of structural work.

Ability to manage a team and organise work independently.
-
Sense of responsibility, rigour and team spirit.
-
Experience on Swiss construction sites is highly desirable.
