Project Manager HVAC (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is an established engineering firm specialising in holistic planning and implementation in the field of building services engineering. With expertise in heating, ventilation, sanitation, and refrigeration technology, the company realises demanding projects for private and commercial clients. The range of services includes complete project support – from the initial concept phase through detailed planning to construction supervision. The partner relies on innovative solutions and sustainable building technology that combines functionality and efficiency. The working method is characterised by interdisciplinary collaboration and direct exchange with architects, clients, and specialist partners. - You lead the specialist site management
- You take on the overall project management and project planning of exciting small to large projects
- You manage project management from conceptualisation to invoicing
- You independently lead and handle trade-specific issues
- You prepare calculations and dimension the systems
- You prepare project and execution documents for specialist trades
Qualifications:
- You have a technical basic education with further training as a technician HF or engineer FH in building services engineering (HVAC or electrical)
- You have an understanding of HVAC processes and control technology
- You possess confident IT skills (MS Office etc.)
- You have experience in project planning and execution planning of building automation systems
- You act practically and possess negotiation and communication skills
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
