You ensure the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of our hosting, server, and network infrastructure.
You operate and further develop our business applications and accompany new solutions from conception to implementation.
You monitor systems and interfaces and ensure availability, performance, and security of our IT environment.
You analyse complex faults and support the 2nd and 3rd level support in finding solutions.
You manage databases and data flows, assist with reports and evaluations, and participate in infrastructure, application, and digitalisation projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in operating and further developing IT infrastructures.
Technical knowledge: Solid knowledge in several areas such as Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware vSphere, Citrix Virtual Desktop, NetScaler, Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or PowerShell.
Working style: You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and convince with a pronounced awareness of security, quality, and service.
Languages & collaboration: Fluent written and spoken German and professional collaboration with external IT service providers.
