Responsibilities:
Responsibility for service management of fire alarm systems in the Bern area
Coordination, planning, and scheduling of maintenance and repair operations
Technical customer support during business hours together with your team
Independent implementation of smaller projects
Customer care in direct contact together with the group leaders
Assuming deputy tasks for adjacent regions during absences
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer or automation technician EFZ
Ideally complemented by a commercial further education
Experienced in using MS Office and SAP
You are organised, flexible, and work independently
Fluent German skills, good knowledge of French and English or willingness to further education
