Head of Finance & Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 140,000Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is looking for a strong leader to take responsibility for the accounting of a corporate group and to lead employees both professionally and personally. You ensure correct invoicing, are responsible for the financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR, and manage liquidity planning. At the same time, you develop processes and internal controls further and support the CFO with financial reporting and professional matters.
Responsibilities:
You lead your team professionally and personally and promote reliable collaboration.
You are responsible for monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR.
You ensure timely and correct invoicing and plan liquidity to meet financial obligations on time.
You make accounting processes more efficient and digital and further develop work instructions, checklists, and internal control system requirements.
You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially regarding VAT and group taxation.
You support the CFO with financial reporting and tailored analyses and take on further professional topics.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial education with advanced training in accounting or fiduciary services, as well as several years of relevant professional experience, form your foundation.
You combine professional confidence and leadership strength with an independent, networked, and goal-oriented working style.
You have solid knowledge of the Abacus modules financial accounting, creditors, debtors, and asset accounting.
You use MS Office, especially Excel and pivot tables, confidently.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as good manners and teamwork, characterise you.
You act discreetly, loyally, and service-oriented and remain flexible and efficient even under high workload.
Understanding and empathy for elderly people complete your profile.
