About the job
Reporting to General Management, the Project Manager is the ISO 9001 referent for the group. They are the internal person who facilitates and supports the deployment of the Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001 standard across all the Group's agencies.
Your mission:
Framing and steering the approach:
- Ensure the role of the group's sole ISO 9001 referent: internal point of contact and quality relay for all agencies and all head office departments.
- Build on the already certified agency: analyse its documentation and existing processes to make it the foundation and reference model of the group QMS.
- Conduct a Fit/Gap analysis of the agencies: assess, agency by agency, the gap between current practices and the QMS reference (documentation from the certified agency) as well as the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, and derive upgrade plans.
- Define the certification roadmap, the backward schedule, the budget and necessary resources, and have them validated by Management.
- Be the internal relay point for the quality correspondents of each agency and each department for the deployment of the QMS.
- Coordinate internally the external ISO consultants supporting the deployment: organise their interventions, monitor deliverables and budget, and capitalise on their expertise within the group.
Building the Quality Management System:
- Map the key processes of the real estate business.
- Review, harmonise and generalise the existing quality documentation (from the certified agency): quality policy, quality manual, procedures, operating methods, forms and records, adapting it to the specificities of each entity.
- Deploy the approach based on risks and opportunities and the logic of continuous improvement.
- Redefine quality indicators and management dashboards.
Deployment, audit and certification:
- Deploy the QMS uniformly across agencies taking into account their local specificities.
- Coordinate the deployment of training and awareness-raising of employees on the standard's requirements and new practices, in connection with the consultants.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, monitor non-conformities and manage corrective and preventive actions.
Maintenance and continuous improvement:
- Organise management reviews with ISO consultants and ensure follow-up of action plans.
- Handle customer complaints and use feedback to improve processes.
- Assist in preparing surveillance and renewal audits to sustain certification.
Your profile:
- Higher education in quality management, engineering, project management, digital transformation or equivalent.
- Proven experience (5 years or more) in managing cross-functional projects, ideally including an ISO 9001 certification approach.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is a valued asset.
- Rigor, organisational skills and methodical approach.
- Leadership, ability to unite and drive change with multisite teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy and listening skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity and results orientation.
- Curiosity, openness to innovation and adaptability.
