Attached to the Vaud Judicial Order, the ten debt enforcement offices in the canton are responsible for the enforcement procedure, from the notification of the payment order to the collection of the debt or the issuance of the certificate of insolvency. They also maintain various registers and issue extracts from them.
To complete the existing team, the Debt Enforcement Office of the Broye-Vully district, which employs nearly 20 clerks, is looking for a clerk at a debt enforcement office.
Responsibilities
- Manage simple files, from the filing of the enforcement request to closure.
- Carry out tasks related to the entire forced execution procedure.
- Collaborate in the administrative management of a sector (Execution).
- Respond to information requests in assigned areas, at the counter and by telephone.
- Welcome users at the counter, guide them and provide information on the forced execution procedure.

Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC completed in a debt enforcement or bankruptcy office, or in another field, ideally complemented by 2 years of professional experience in debt enforcement and litigation
- Organisational skills, flexibility, speed and accuracy
- Good stress resistance and ability to communicate in difficult contexts
Mastery of spelling, ease with common IT tools and numbers.
Many professional development and continuing education opportunities exist within the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Offices.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt enforcement register and criminal record less than 3 months old.
Engagement at a lower salary level is possible if the duration of experience in the debt enforcement or bankruptcy field is insufficient at the time of hiring.
