Role:
Are you familiar with international goods traffic and able to keep track even with demanding export orders? In this varied role, you combine commercial customer service with the organisation of national and international deliveries. You ensure reliable order processing and work closely with various departments.
Responsibilities:
You manage customer orders domestically and abroad and oversee their processing in the ERP system up to invoicing.
You organise the necessary export and shipping formalities for international deliveries via various transport routes.
You handle dangerous goods shipments by road, sea, and air, taking into account applicable customs regulations.
You are an important contact person for customers, trading partners, and freight forwarders, handling queries and complaints.
You keep customer and order data up to date in the ERP system and ensure careful documentation.
You coordinate with production, logistics, and sales to ensure reliable order processing.
You support your team with organisational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business.
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial vocational training, ideally supplemented by further education in export or foreign trade, for example as an export clerk or foreign trade specialist with a federal certificate.
You are ideally familiar with Microsoft Dynamics.
You bring several years of experience in export processing and commercial order handling.
You are characterised by initiative, strong communication skills, and an independent, careful, and efficient working style.
You communicate confidently in German and English and ideally have knowledge of French.
