Head of Finance Department (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 140,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual to lead the finance department of a public administration. You will take on the professional and personnel management of a small team and be responsible for finance and accounting. You will contribute to the further development of processes and digitalisation and be an important contact person for authorities and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
You lead a team of two to three employees professionally and personally
You are responsible for finance and accounting
You prepare budgets, annual accounts and financial planning
You ensure the proper management of financial accounting and subsidiary ledgers
You contribute to the further development of processes and digitalisation in the finance area
You support projects and organisational developments and take on deputy duties in payroll accounting during absences
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, for example a professional certificate in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in finance
You work confidently with common MS Office applications, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
You work analytically, structured and independently
Fluent German language skills are required
