The CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey offers medico-social services, social and professional assistance and integration services that meet the expectations and needs of the population.

Its mission is to promote home care, autonomy and social integration by providing personalised support in each situation and offering a comprehensive range of services.

With its 5 sites and nearly 550 employees, the CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey supports more than 5,700 beneficiaries across the 16 municipalities of the region.

We are looking for our Sion site, a:

Your mission

• You provide care adapted to the patient’s needs.

• You deliver delegated medico-technical care and basic care.
• You actively participate in the dynamics of your team.

Your profile

• CFC Assistant in Care and Community Health (or equivalent training).
• Adaptability, listening skills and autonomy.
• Proficiency in common IT tools; knowledge of Carefolio is an asset.
• Driving licence and vehicle essential.
