Head of Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 125,000Role:
You want to ensure not only correct figures in the finance area but also take responsibility and help shape things? In this role, you combine professional leadership with comprehensive responsibility for the finance and accounting of an established organisation with a social mission. You keep an eye on the finances, provide important decision-making bases for management, and develop existing processes together with your team. At the same time, you are an important interface to various internal departments and support the organisation with financial matters.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the ongoing financial accounting and ensure correct and reliable processing of financial data
You coordinate the budget planning and accompany the various departments in financial planning
You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to the applicable accounting standards
You prepare meaningful evaluations and decision-making bases for the management and other leadership bodies
You develop processes in finance and accounting further and implement improvements together with the involved parties
You lead a small team both professionally and personally and support your employees in their development
You coordinate the tasks within the team and ensure efficient collaboration
You take on the deputy role within the department management when required
Qualifications:
You have a federal diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable advanced professional qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting and are familiar with financial statements and budgeting processes
You have good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards and ideally experience with Swiss GAAP FER
You enjoy leadership tasks and want to develop your employees both professionally and personally
Experience with a common ERP system, ideally Abacus, is an advantage
You communicate confidently in German
