Job Description

Under the responsibility of the IT Brand Domain Lead, your main mission will be to play a key role in the design, evolution, and performance of our digital platforms. As a technical referent, you will guide development teams in delivering robust, innovative, and scalable solutions, while actively contributing to our digital roadmap.

At the interface between business teams, technology partners, and IT teams, you will participate in defining technical standards, reducing technical debt, continuously improving our practices, and successfully delivering strategic projects that have a direct impact on the customer experience.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring the alignment of developed solutions with business needs and technical standards
• Thoroughly analysing specifications to have a clear understanding of objectives, needs, and expected deliverables
• Contributing to the definition of a technical architecture and being recognised as the technical referent for issues related to digital platforms intended for customers.
• Collaborating with our developer teams and providing expertise on the development and integration of our customer digital solutions.
• Operationally supporting developers in solving complex problems
• Delivering clear and concise presentations of technical solutions
• Writing and distributing detailed release notes to summarise new features, fixes, and improvements in each version and ensuring proper maintenance of technical documentation
• Ensuring code and deliverable quality by conducting regular code reviews and implementing automated tests

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in development and in a Technical Lead role
• Proficiency in programming languages Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with front-end frameworks Vue.js. React, Angular is a plus
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated testing
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable
• Ability to work in a team, coordinate teams, and understand business needs
• Strong aptitude for solving complex technical problems
• You are curious, autonomous, open to change, and proactive
• You have perfect command of French and very good knowledge of English
