Senior System Administrator (m/f/d)
Our partner provides software solutions for sheet metal forming and the body-in-white process.
More than 400 highly qualified employees in this field work at our partner, and the company is considered the leading provider of software for ensuring product manufacturability, calculating tool and material costs, tool design, virtual sheet metal forming, and optimising body-in-white processes.
Responsibilities:
Leading and participating in local and international IT projects as well as coordinating administrators, stakeholders, and team members
Planning and implementing new IT initiatives and advising on the selection of suitable technical solutions
Operating, monitoring, and optimising the company networks including fault analysis and troubleshooting
Administration and maintenance of central server systems ensuring stable operation
Developing and monitoring backup strategies as well as supporting and administering Microsoft Core Services and internal applications
Qualifications:
Completed EFZ IT training with federal certificate, bachelor/master degree, or equivalent qualification
Solid knowledge of Microsoft client and server solutions and practical experience in server administration
Experience in networks, client/server infrastructures, and network security
Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Very good German and English skills spoken and written
