You operate individual ICT solutions and provide direct technical support to customers
You actively participate in the implementation of IT projects
You migrate customers to Microsoft 365, especially Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
You support customers with Microsoft 365 products and the transition to Microsoft Teams telephony
You develop new services together with product management
Qualifications:
You have an IT education with professional further training and solid experience in planning, building and operating ICT solutions
You have deep knowledge in at least one area such as Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, SQL Server, Citrix or Networking
You are enthusiastic about Microsoft 365, can apply and adapt PowerShell scripts and keep your know-how up to date
You have very good German and good English skills and value clean documentation
