Main Mission(s)

Ensure the recovery of debts from customers in default

Update customer files and ensure their administrative follow-up

Participate in routine administrative tasks, including managing mail, emails, and telephone calls

Welcome and inform customers at the counter by carrying out payment and disbursement operations

Perform operations related to the processing and monitoring of payments

Profile

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent training

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the field of debt collection is an asset

Demonstrate rigour, professionalism, and ensure strict confidentiality

Ability to deal with customers diplomatically and impartially

Proficiency in MS Office tools and practical knowledge of SAP, CRM software
