Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 85,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a reliable and numbers-savvy individual as an accounting clerk in finance and accounting. In this role, you will support the finance team with ongoing bookkeeping and ensure correct processing of financial matters. You can expect a modern working environment with regular working hours and the possibility to work partly from home.
Responsibilities:
Recording and posting of creditor and debtor invoices
Handling invoicing and management of debtor dunning processes
Management and monitoring of payment transactions
Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Preparation and support during audits
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training; further education in finance and accounting is an advantage
You bring professional experience in financial accounting
You have knowledge of Abacus and MS Office, especially Excel
You work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner and are characterised by a strong understanding of numbers and high reliability
You communicate very well in German
