Experienced Technical Manager at 100%
You have solid experience in technical property management, then join our team.
Job description:
- Check the condition of properties upon tenant arrival and departure, as well as during the tenancy
- Carry out preliminary, exit and entry condition reports
- Organise any renovations and quantify the work requirements, notably by preparing quotes and counter-offers
- Negotiate with companies and have budgets approved by management and owners
- Draw up schedules and monitor construction sites ensuring the proper execution of requests
- Ensure the proper maintenance of residential and industrial buildings, notably by arranging periodic inspections and supervising the work of caretakers
- Prepare reports on the condition of buildings
- Handle claims
- Coordinate relations between the management office, owners, tenants and other stakeholders and conduct, in agreement with Management, the necessary negotiations to ensure the technical follow-up of properties
- Plan and anticipate work on commercial buildings according to their life cycle
- Manage all administrative aspects related to works (property software Quorum, OnBase, Homepad, Immodata, Tayo, etc.)
Your profile:
- At least three years of experience in a Swiss property management company or equivalent experience
- Technical training in real estate, specialising in the management of institutional and commercial buildings would be an asset
- Recognised qualifications (USPI, APGCI or equivalent) would be a plus
- Strong writing skills
- Highly motivated and excellently organised
- Ability to anticipate and plan. Good stress resistance
- Customer service oriented with good listening skills and empathy
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Quorum is an asset
- Native French speaker with knowledge of English
