At this stage, we can tell you that the company is active in the agri-food sector and has several sites in French-speaking Switzerland. It is currently looking for versatile industrial maintenance technicians to strengthen its teams.
Mission:
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production facilities
Diagnose and resolve technical faults to guarantee equipment availability
Mainly intervene on electrical, automation and mechanical issues
Participate in the continuous improvement of installations and propose technical solutions
Ensure the proper functioning and reliability of production equipment
Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and optimise installation performance
Work in a production environment operating in 3-shift system
Profile:
Technical training in industrial maintenance, electricity, automation or mechanics
Proven experience in industrial maintenance
Experience in the agri-food sector is a real advantage; experience in the pharmaceutical sector may also be relevant
Strong technical skills and great versatility in several areas: electricity, automation and mechanics
Ability to work in 3-shift hours
Positive, committed and stress-resistant personality
Autonomy, sense of responsibility and true team spirit
Motivation to invest long-term within the company
Conditions:
Salary: CHF 75,000 to 90,000 gross/year, depending on experience and skills
Work in 3-shift hours
No on-call duty
Permanent position with prospects for long-term development and stability
