Role:
Secure workplaces are not created by chance but through consistent engineering. That is exactly what you bring. You are responsible for a modern workplace environment with fat clients, virtual desktops, and mobile devices. You continuously expand identity and access protection. You advise various group companies on expansions and individual requirements.
Responsibilities:
You bear the technical responsibility for the modern workplace environment including security infrastructure and develop it strategically
You operate and expand conditional access policies, MFA, and identity protection configurations
You advise and support the group companies in expansions and individual workplace configurations
You analyse complex faults at 3rd-level and coordinate escalations as well as the transfer to the support team
Additionally, you are a sparring partner in the engineering team and contribute your knowledge to projects and design decisions
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
You bring 3-5 years of experience in the modern workplace environment, including Intune, MDM, Entra ID security stack, AVD, and software packaging
You are familiar with 2nd- and 3rd-level support from practice
You have very good German and good English skills
You are willing to travel about 10%
You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and convince through commitment and team spirit
