For our client, a nationwide food retailer, we are looking in Zurich (Hardbrücke) within the framework of a Try & Hire position with the prospect of permanent employment for a sociable and sales-oriented personality as:

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Personal support of gastronomy and hotel customers as well as competent information on products and range
• Receiving, recording and processing orders by telephone and e-mail
• Monitoring customer orders and coordinating with the responsible departments for complete and timely processing
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and handling individual customer concerns
• Professional handling of complaints and coordination of customer-oriented solutions
• Administrative support of the field service and passing on relevant customer feedback to the field service and management

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Completed commercial basic training, commercial school or a comparable education
• Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in order processing, internal sales or customer service
• Very good communication skills in German; knowledge of French is an advantage
• Strong service awareness and enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact
• Interest in food and understanding of everyday gastronomy; experience in the food industry or gastronomy is especially welcome
• An independent, careful working style and willingness to familiarise yourself with complex processes
• Resilience and tact: Even in hectic situations and with a direct manner, you remain friendly and solution-oriented
• Team spirit and enjoyment of close collaboration in a three-person team
