Technical Clerk for Craftsman Products 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Competent and expert telephone advice to craft businesses and professional customers on technical products and solutions

• Professional preparation of detailed offers and precise processing of orders according to specifications and in coordination with the field service

• Independent and proactive customer care with a focus on long-term customer retention

• Independent order processing from inquiry to delivery, including clarification of technical details

• Active participation in product management for craft supplies with input of improvement suggestions

• Support in market observation and analysis of product trends in the craft sector

• Close cooperation with purchasing to optimise the product range

• Contribution to the creation of product documentation and sales materials

• Handling complaints and developing solution proposals

• Maintenance of the product database and ensuring correct product information

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed commercial training or corresponding technical basic education EFZ

• Good knowledge in the field of craft supplies and products

• Experience in purchasing and/or sales

• Enjoyment in dealing with customers from the craft sector

• Technical understanding and interest in craft products

• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in customer advice

• Structured and independent working style

• Good MS Office skills for daily work

• Resilience and flexibility, especially during periods of high order volume

• Solution-oriented thinking for technical enquiries

• The ability to convey complex product information clearly

• Ideally experience in working with craft businesses
