A powerful IT organisation combines stable operation with continuous development. In this varied position, you will work on central infrastructure and security topics and contribute to ensuring that modern IT services are provided securely, efficiently, and reliably.
Your responsibilities range from technical operation to support with demanding support cases and the implementation of automation and security initiatives. You will work independently, bring in your technical expertise, and at the same time be part of a team that works together on the further development of the IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
Support and technical development of existing IT services and infrastructure components
Analysis and resolution of complex faults as well as support of the service desk in technical escalations
Collaboration in the further development of cloud, network, and security solutions
Implementation of automations and optimisation of recurring operational processes using scripting
Participation in projects around identity management, secure authentication, and modern IT services
Creation of technical documentation and support during controls, audits, and security requirements
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable further education in the technical IT field
Experience in IT operations, system engineering, or infrastructure management
Good knowledge of server technologies, networks, and IT security
Ideally practical experience with automation, scripting, as well as identity and access management
Solution-oriented and independent personality with quick comprehension and structured working style
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are welcome
