Export Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF84,500 - 97,500Responsibilities:
You manage orders from order entry to invoicing.
Monitoring availability and delivery dates in international business.
Coordination with freight forwarders and transport service providers for goods shipment.
Preparation and verification of customs documents, certificates of origin and Carnet A.T.A.
Handling export letters of credit and liaising with banks.
Written and telephone contact with customers and international business partners.
Internal coordination with relevant departments for order and delivery processing.
Processing outstanding receivables and sending payment reminders.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in international export business.
Several years of experience in export processing and international order management.
Good knowledge of customs, transport handling and export documents.
Confident handling of Incoterms and legal requirements in foreign trade.
Experience in working with freight forwarders, authorities and international customers.
Good user knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
Independent and structured working style with reliable order processing.
Very good German as well as good English skills, both written and spoken.
