Your Profile

• Graduated in civil engineering, you have 5 to 10 years of experience in managing road and/or rail infrastructure projects.
• Your expertise has enabled you to successfully lead multidisciplinary projects from the study phase to commissioning according to Swiss standards applicable to road and rail infrastructures.
• Thanks to your proven skills in planning and coordinating complex works, you are able to unite a team around a common project while contributing to the training of juniors.
• Your knowledge of the local Romandy network and its key players allows you to collaborate tactfully and diplomatically with all stakeholders of your projects (consulting firms, companies, authorities, residents).
• With great flexibility, you are able to anticipate risks and handle unforeseen events or complex situations.
• Methodical and structured, you propose relevant, effective, innovative, and environmentally friendly solutions.

The Mission

You are responsible for the complete management of complex road and rail projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality and safety requirements. You coordinate the various internal and external actors while integrating innovative and sustainable solutions.
