On behalf of our client, active in the Facility Management and professional cleaning sector, we are looking for a:

Works and Services Manager (m/f)

A true operational reference, you ensure the planning, coordination and monitoring of services and sites, while ensuring the quality of interventions and customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organise and supervise the interventions of the team dedicated to specific works and occasional services
• Coordinate the various sites and ensure their smooth running, from preparation to completion
• Be the preferred contact for clients regarding services related to special works
• Organise teams, allocate tasks and adapt resources according to site needs
• Supervise and control the quality of services performed: specific cleanings, sites, private services, periodic maintenance, concierge services, etc.
• Ensure operational follow-up of interventions and intervene quickly in case of unforeseen events or difficulties
• Control compliance with procedures, deadlines and company quality standards
• Participate in establishing the needs for materials, products and equipment necessary for interventions
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide solutions adapted to their requests
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality rules on the various sites
• Participate in the continuous improvement of working methods and proposed services

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Proven experience in professional cleaning, special works, concierge services or Facility Management
• First successful experience in team management and/or site coordination
• Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage several interventions simultaneously
• Good interpersonal skills and ease in client contacts
• Ability to supervise, motivate and support teams in the field
• Responsiveness, pragmatism and ability to quickly find solutions
• Good command of French, both spoken and written
• Driving licence essential
