System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 110,000Role:
You advise customers, plan projects and support IT systems from implementation through testing to stable operation. In this versatile position, you support customers’ infrastructures via telephone, email, remote access and on-site, and install, configure and maintain common Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Office applications, SQL Server and Exchange. You assist with installation and updates of ERP and database software products and bring your broad technical know-how into SME environments. You work in an organised, customer-oriented manner with entrepreneurial thinking and are a reliable technical contact for your customers.
Responsibilities:
You advise customers, plan projects and take on implementation and testing of IT systems
You support customers’ infrastructures via telephone, email, remote access and on-site
You install, configure and maintain common Microsoft products such as Windows Server, Office applications, SQL Server and Exchange
You assist with installation and updates of ERP and SQL software products
Additionally, you document your work in a structured manner and ensure stable, secure customer environments
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist in system technology at an IT provider or have a similar background
You have good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Virtualisation, MS SQL Server, WSUS, clients)
You have experience with networks (LAN, WAN, routing, security) and hardware (servers, PCs, printers, switches, firewalls)
Ideally, you have ERP knowledge; experience with SME-typical ERP solutions is an advantage
You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing and are familiar with Swiss customs and the needs of SMEs
You work in an organised, loyal, committed and customer-oriented manner, think entrepreneurially and hold a category B driving licence
