To strengthen our production team, we are looking for a dedicated professional as
Team Leader Production Transformer Construction (m/f/d) 100%
Your Tasks
- Technical and personnel leadership of the production department within the respective shift
- Ensuring occupational safety, quality, and on-time production
- Maintenance and continuous optimisation of existing work instructions
- Recording, checking, and forwarding error reports during shift operations
- Planning and conducting employee training sessions
- Personnel deployment planning and shift scheduling
Your Profile
- Completed training as an electrical, polytechnic, or automation specialist EFZ
- Further training as an industrial foreman or process technician is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a leadership role
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Structured, precise, and efficient working style
- Responsible, flexible, and team-oriented personality
- Independent action and high organisational skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
