Behind this advertisement, our client is a recognised Swiss industrial company, active in the manufacture of high-precision solutions for demanding sectors (watchmaking, microtechnology, premium industry), seeking your skills.
At this stage, we can inform you that the production site based in the canton of Neuchâtel is looking for a Maintenance Technician.
Following a retirement, you will join a technical team and be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of production equipment.
You will work on a high-precision machine park including notably:
CNC machining centres (3 to 5 axes)
Grinding and precision machining machines
Engraving and micro-machining equipment
Laser machines and specialised installations
Precision control and measurement equipment
Industrial peripheral installations (pneumatic, electrical, mechanical)
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electromechanical faults
Carry out repair interventions to ensure production continuity
Participate in technical improvements and optimisation of installations
Perform adjustments and interventions on high-precision machines
Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability
Document the interventions carried out
Desired profile:
Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, automation or equivalent field
German and French required (minimum level C1 for both languages)
Proven experience in industrial maintenance
Good knowledge of mechanics and industrial electricity
Experience with CNC machines or precision equipment is an advantage
Ability to analyse and solve technical problems
Autonomous, rigorous and solution-oriented person
