Optiwork AG, based in Hünenberg with branches in Bussigny/VD and Gravesano/TI, is a leading software manufacturer for the main and secondary construction trades. Our goal is to support our customers in optimising and digitising their business processes so that they can manage their company and construction projects securely.

For the Optiwork AG location in Hünenberg, we are looking for a Consultant Professional Service D/F (a) who shares a passion for software solutions and makes internal and external customers more efficient and happier.

IT Consultant Professional Service D/F (a)

Your Tasks

• Independent execution of ERP and software implementation and extension projects
• Consulting customers in German and French to optimise their business processes
• Further development of processes through digitisation
• Expansion of customer relationships into long-term partnerships
• Active exchange with the development department for the continuous advancement of the DOMUS software
• Responsibility for the quality, costs, and timing of own projects
• Handling customer support requests in German and French regarding software solutions
• Classification and analysis of incoming customer inquiries in 1st and 2nd level support
• Customer training at the customer's site and remotely

Your Profile

• Commercial training with further education in finance and accounting
• Practical experience in financial accounting and ideally in payroll accounting
• Experience in building services engineering, timber construction, building envelope, painter/plasterer, and metal construction is an advantage
• Experience in customer support for software solutions
• Project management skills and good IT affinity (Office, Teamviewer, Projectfacts)
• Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
• High service and customer orientation as well as market-oriented thinking
• Enjoy working in a team, including cross-departmentally
• Willingness to travel (20 - 40% workload), including to Western Switzerland
