Technical Trainer (80-100%, m/f/d)

who will prepare the approximately 120 Ford dealerships for the road of tomorrow.

Your impact - You shape the future of Ford service in Switzerland:

• Trainer and mentor: you prepare technical training on the latest Ford models and systems. From complex diagnostics to innovative propulsion technologies.
• You bring the technical staff of our dealerships to the highest level.
• Event professional: whether seminars for workshop managers, exclusive model launches or product presentations, you are at the forefront, supporting the organisation and inspiring the audience with your expertise.
• Backstage manager: you pull the strings of our training centre. You ensure that tools, equipment and technical documentation are always up to date and that the learning environment functions perfectly.

Your profile - Trilingual technical trainer with talent and a sense of pedagogy:

• Technical skills: you have completed initial training in automotive engineering and further training as an automotive diagnostic technician or a university of applied sciences automotive engineer
• Personality: you have a confident and dynamic presence and know how to inspire enthusiasm through your pedagogical and methodological skills
• Language skills: very good knowledge of German, English and French
• Experience: you have several years of professional experience in a similar position and are accustomed to inspiring enthusiasm among course participants
• Personality: autonomous and efficient working method, engaging and confident presentation
• IT skills: very good command of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
