The Urban Cleanliness Service manages the waste produced in the Lausanne area and ensures its proper treatment, respecting the environment. It also ensures the cleanliness of the public domain, which plays an important role in the quality of life in the city. For the Public Domain Cleanliness division (PDP), we are looking for a team leader for the Technical sector.

Main Mission(s)
Ensure the smooth running of the team’s activities responsible for removing tags from public and private domains, as well as cleaning bus shelters
Participate in monitoring the public domain (reporting any damage or anomaly to the sector head or their deputy)
Lead and manage the assigned staff (8 people)
Profile
Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a building painter or equivalent training
Team leader certificate or equivalent training is an advantage
5 years of professional experience in a field related to painting
2 to 3 years of professional experience managing a team of 5 to 12 people
Skills to plan and coordinate various manual and technical tasks
Proven leadership and ability to unite a team
Flexibility and recognised experience in dealing with change
Team spirit and well-developed listening skills
Good knowledge of the city of Lausanne
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Good oral command of French (level C1)
