Lead Linux & Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support and technical further development of highly available Linux and Kubernetes platforms based on RHEL, SLES and Rancher/RKE2
Automation of recurring operational processes with Ansible, AWX and Infrastructure as Code
Setup, optimisation and operation of CI/CD pipelines as well as support for software development and application teams
Monitoring of platforms, analysis of faults and execution of updates, upgrades and lifecycle activities
Implementation of security, hardening and vulnerability measures as well as management of secrets, certificates and privileged access
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in the professional operation of Linux and Kubernetes environments
Sound knowledge of RHEL, SLES, Rancher/RKE2, Ansible and AWX
Practical experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Git and Infrastructure as Code
Knowledge of network, DNS, load balancing, firewalls and platform security
Technical training or comparable professional experience, high personal responsibility and service orientation, German C2, English B2; willingness for 7x24 on-call duty
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
