Management and implementation of IT projects for customers
Consulting on modern technologies and optimisation possibilities
Installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft server systems
Support of the monitoring and support team with technical challenges
Promotion and professional support of junior employees
Qualifications:
Completed IT training with a focus on system technology
Practical experience as a system engineer, ideally at an IT service provider
Strong customer orientation and enjoyment in working with customers
Driving licence category B and willingness to attend customer appointments
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
