This position focuses on modern mobile workplace solutions, endpoint management, and mobile security. We are looking for a technically skilled individual who supports clients in the introduction, integration, and further development of secure mobility solutions and successfully implements demanding IT projects.
Responsibilities:
Planning, designing, and implementing modern mobile workplace and endpoint management solutions
Carrying out system migrations and integrating mobile solutions into existing IT infrastructures
Advising clients on mobile security and modern security concepts
Creating technical solution designs and implementing individual client requirements
Planning, coordinating, and supporting client projects
Analysing technical challenges and developing sustainable solution concepts
Supporting clients with technical queries and conducting training sessions
Further developing existing client environments together with sales
Qualifications:
Technical education or further training in the IT field (FA, HF or equivalent)
Experience in implementing IT projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or other MDM/UEM solutions with a focus on iOS, Android and macOS
Experience with Mobile Threat Defense solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Lookout or Ivanti MTD is an advantage
Customer-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused working style
Certifications such as Microsoft SC-500, CISSP or CISM are a plus
Very good German and English skills; French or Italian is an advantage
