Internal Sales Advisor Front Office, Building & Sanitary Technology Specialist (M/F)
To strengthen our Front Office Internal Sales team for Heating at the Saint-Légier-La Chiésaz branch, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an Internal Sales Advisor Front Office (M/F).
You will be entrusted with varied tasks:
- Telephone advice to our B2B customers (installers)
- Taking, entering and processing orders
- Converting offers and quotations into orders
- Managing availability and delivery times
- Technical support regarding our solutions and sanitary assortment
- Collaboration with colleagues from the internal back office sales and external sales
- Active participation in customer satisfaction and loyalty
For our mutual success, you bring:
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in heating/sanitary building technology and ideally 5 years’ experience in the sector and/or a similar position
- Good knowledge of the Swiss sanitary market as well as sanitary products and systems
- Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) and experienced user of SAP software
- Natural interpersonal skills and an innate service orientation both in writing and on the phone
- Autonomous, organised, meticulous, and able to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an advantage
