Role:
Our client is an established Swiss company for electrical and building technology. You take operational responsibility for an electrical installation department, lead employees and ensure economical as well as high-quality project execution.
Responsibilities:
Operational management of an electrical installation department
Develop employees professionally and personally
Coordinate ongoing orders and electrical projects
Ensure profitability and billing processes
Manage resources, deadlines and execution quality
Professionally maintain and expand customer relationships
Qualifications:
Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ
Further training as a certified electrical installer or electrical project manager
Experience in electrical installation and project management
Leadership skills and enjoyment in employee development
Very good understanding of calculation and billing
Entrepreneurial and organisationally strong personality
