Apprentice Digital Business Developer EFZ

4 training positions from August 2027 As an apprentice Digital Business Developer, you form the interface between people, technology and business. In digitalisation projects, you bring together the interests of all parties and departments as an interface function, procure the necessary decision-making bases, develop and present solution proposals, and accompany the successful implementation. You will experience an exciting and varied apprenticeship by changing departments every 12 months. Your job destination

• You optimise business processes - whether it is recruiting new apprentices or an ongoing marketing campaign - the list is endless
• Whether usage data from our social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn, customer and order data or productivity and quality metrics etc. - you process this data, interpret the results and prepare them meaningfully for the department in presentations and statistics
• Wherever projects are implemented, efficient project management is required - whether classic or agile project management methods, you know them and can apply them correctly and purposefully

• You have successfully completed the compulsory schooling at secondary level (or higher)
• You are enthusiastic about working with people, technology and business
• You are a communicative and engaging personality
• High creativity in finding solutions is one of your abilities
• Your working style is characterised by independence, reliability and a sense of responsibility
• You are flexible, resilient and have a high willingness to learn and perform
• A quick grasp and a love of logical thinking are among your strengths
• You enjoy expressing yourself fluently in German and English, both spoken and written
