Do you hold a Federal VET Diploma as a cook and have 5 years of proven experience in private catering?

Are you proficient in all culinary basics and have good knowledge of hygiene and safety standards?

Your main activities

The chef de partie contributes to managing and organising kitchen activities to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant service and is responsible for the culinary tasks delegated to them. They participate in the supervision, training, coaching and evaluation of around 10 people in employment-training to promote professional reintegration and one apprentice.

Catering

• Manage the execution of various culinary tasks to meet customer requirements
• Apply safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure and control the cleanliness of premises and maintenance of equipment
• Supervise the quality of work provided by beneficiaries

Co-supervision of team and training

• Ensure supervision and coordination of team activities by organising, distributing and controlling work
• Develop the professional and personal skills of beneficiaries and support their reintegration into the labour market
• Supervise, train, empower and evaluate beneficiaries and apprentices
• Train and coach on specific topics related to the professions of cook and assistant cook
• Set objectives and assess the skills of beneficiaries
