Job description
As a Sales Manager you will lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and retention targets. All whilst challenging, planning and inspiring the sales team to successfully hit individual and club monthly new member sales targets. You will be highly visible on the floor, engaging with prospects and members to ensure a world-class customer journey while monitoring KPIs, analysing performance data, and making proactive decisions to drive sustainable growth.
Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Required profile
About you:
As a Sales Manager we are looking for someone who:
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) leading a sales team, ideally in the fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams.
- A passion for all things health and fitness.
- Confidence using digital tools such as CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- A self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience
- Fluency in English and French is required; any other European language is considered an advantage
