CNC Screw Machinist (M/F)

For one of our clients, a renowned company in the Granges (SO) region specialising in the manufacture of high-precision watch components, we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and monitor production on SwissNano
• Produce complex and high-precision parts in accordance with technical drawings and quality requirements
• Carry out dimensional and visual checks during production
• Ensure conformity of produced parts and intervene quickly in case of deviation
• Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment
• Comply with quality standards, internal procedures and current safety instructions

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of proven experience in CNC screw machining, ideally on Tornos SwissNano machines
• Excellent mastery of reading plans and manufacturing high-precision components
• Knowledge of ISO programming and precision machining techniques
• Proficiency with common measuring instruments (dial gauge, micrometre, Marcel Aubert, profile projector, etc.)
• Experience in manufacturing watch components is a real asset
• Methodical mindset, rigour and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while promoting teamwork
• Resident in Switzerland
