ZurichYour Tasks
- You accompany and support individuals and families on their path to an independent life in Switzerland and assist them with everyday matters and official appointments.
- You promote the clients' housing skills, support internal relocations and setting up of apartments, and contribute to respectful coexistence with the neighbourhood.
- You provide orientation in the local environment and support access to schools, medical care, clubs, and other institutions and services.
- You promote the social integration of clients and connect them with internal and external partners as well as volunteers, for example for task assistance or language tandems.
- You ensure the flow of information to the case-leading social counselling and within the team and document special incidents comprehensibly in the daily journal.
- You work closely with internal and external professionals and regularly participate in team meetings, further training, specialist events, and courses.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ or equivalent qualification; professional experience in care or in a social or intercultural context
- Experience in accompanying integration processes and handling conflict situations; knowledge in the migration field and in medical emergency aid is an advantage
- Strong intercultural competence as well as professional, respectful relationship management and confident handling of closeness and distance
- Very good German skills (at least C1); good Farsi skills are an advantage; good MS Office skills and confident use of case-supporting IT systems
- High service and commitment readiness, resilience and ability to work in a team as well as willingness to work varying shifts according to the duty roster at different locations in the canton of Zurich; no fixed workplace

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 60,000 and 75,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
