Role:
Do you want to apply your commercial knowledge in direct customer contact? In this position, you combine sales administration with customer order management and ensure reliable coordination between the involved departments.
Responsibilities:
You prepare individual customer quotations and take care of the commercial processing.
You handle customer enquiries and coordinate special requirements with internal specialist departments.
You monitor open orders and agreed delivery dates and clarify possible delays.
You assist in handling complaints and coordinate appropriate solutions.
You ensure the currency of customer and business data in the internal systems.
You participate in internal projects and support shipping and export administration as needed.
Qualifications:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma.
You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems.
You impress with communication skills, customer orientation, teamwork, as well as an independent, structured and reliable working style.
You have very good German skills; English skills are an advantage.
