For our successful client in Zurich, we are looking for a

HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• As a sparring partner for the management, you are responsible for all personnel-related matters
• Independent recruitment of specialists
• Participation in HR-related projects
• Support of change processes and organisational developments
• Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, offboarding)

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with further education as a personnel specialist and/or degree
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position as a classic HR BP
• Highly proficient in employment law
