ABACUS Consultant (m/f/d)

For an established consulting environment, a personality is sought who supports SMEs in the digitalisation of their financial and personnel processes. The focus is on consulting around ABACUS as well as the successful introduction and further development of corresponding ERP solutions.
The position combines professional consulting with project work and direct customer contact. You analyse existing processes, develop practical solutions and accompany customers from conception to successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
Consulting SMEs on financial and personnel processes in the ABACUS environment
Analysing existing business processes and developing suitable ERP solutions
Planning and accompanying ABACUS implementation projects in the areas of finance and personnel
Supporting and assisting customers with professional and technical questions
Optimising existing processes and further developing ABACUS solutions
Taking on project tasks and coordinating implementation with various contacts
Qualifications:
Experience in fiduciary services, client support or ABACUS consulting
Good knowledge of ABACUS and strong interest in ERP systems
Understanding of financial and personnel processes and their digitalisation
Structured, efficient and independent working style
High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of consulting
Willingness to learn, initiative and very good German skills
