Responsibilities:
- Support in the preparation of final accounts
- Responsibility for financial and operational accounting as well as asset accounting
- Checking and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Monitoring of payment flows and dunning
- Preparation of VAT returns and budgets
- Close cooperation with external tax consultants and auditors
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with completed further training as an accounting clerk and/or further training as a finance and accounting specialist with a federal certificate of competence (or in training) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- High reliability and accuracy
- Good knowledge in the use of accounting software
- Analytical and proactive working style
- Very good German skills, as well as good English skills
