CVS Project Manager, Building (Renens, Fribourg, or Geneva), 80-100%

Activities & Responsibilities

Develop CVS technical concepts
Plan technical services respecting project deadlines
Supervise and delegate various tasks within project follow-up (plans, site inspections, etc.)
Monitor the execution of services, quality, and delivery of outputs (specifications, general estimates, tenders…)
Assess technical and economic risks throughout the project progress
Participate in preparing offers and developing activity in French-speaking Switzerland
Supervise the work of internal draftsmen/technicians teams
Coordinate services performed by external contractors

What You Bring

Higher tertiary education (EPFL, HES) with 5 years of experience, or ES Technician with 10 years of experience
Proven experience in building technology (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, regulation, electricity)
At least 3 years of experience in a Swiss engineering office and knowledge of Energy laws, standards (SIA, SICC…) and directives (Suissetec, AEAI…)
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Teams, Planner…)
Fluency in French. English and/or German would be a plus
