Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer enquiries and providing information
Coordinating order processing from entry to further handling
Maintaining customer master data and commercial documents
Written and telephone communication with international contacts
Supporting sales with administrative tasks
Coordinating open issues with internal departments
Monitoring ongoing business transactions and handling queries
Ensuring complete and timely administration
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable training
Professional experience in internal sales, preferably with export reference
Independent organisation of own tasks
Reliable and structured working method
Confident manner in contact with customers and internal contacts
Team-oriented collaboration and initiative in daily work
Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
Additional language skills are an advantage
