IT System Administrator / IT All-rounder (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You take technical responsibility for a reliable IT environment and ensure that workstations, servers and network services function smoothly. In case of disruptions, you independently investigate the causes and develop sustainable solutions.
In the area of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, you manage user accounts, access rights and Windows systems. You are also responsible for WLAN, VPN and IT security.
You actively shape our digital business processes. This includes the technical maintenance and optimisation of the internal CRM system, the further development of existing applications using AI-supported development tools, and the implementation of appropriate digitalisation measures.
As the internal IT contact person, you support employees with technical concerns and collaborate with external IT service providers and software developers on more complex issues.
Additionally, you oversee the technical setup of parking meters, camera systems and network components. A comprehensible documentation of the IT landscape and its processes completes your range of tasks.
Qualifications:
A completed IT education (EFZ, HF or equivalent) or corresponding practical experience forms your professional foundation. You are well versed in the administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows.
You understand technical contexts in networks, VPN connections, server environments and IT security as well as the requirements of professional IT support. You independently approach error analyses and their resolution.
You are interested in various technologies, proactively familiarise yourself with new systems and use digital tools and AI applications responsibly. Initial knowledge in software development as well as in reviewing and testing AI-generated code is welcome.
You are characterised by personal responsibility, a structured approach and a strong quality awareness. Even with demanding technical issues, you remain reliable and solution-oriented.
In contact with employees, you convince through helpful, service-oriented communication and have fluent written and spoken German.
