Responsibilities:
Creation and revision of operating, user and maintenance manuals for technical products
Preparation and compilation of images, graphics and other media for technical documentation
Development and maintenance of product catalogues and technical documents
Translation and adaptation of technical content for different markets and target groups
Further development of existing documentation processes and continuous optimisation of quality standards
Ensuring a clear, comprehensible and consistent documentation structure
Technical point of contact for internal and external questions regarding technical documentation
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training with further education in technical editing or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in technical documentation, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
Confident use of MS Office and common digital tools
Strong technical understanding as well as a structured and careful working method
Enjoyment in preparing complex technical content in an understandable and target group-oriented manner
Very good German skills as well as very good English skills, both spoken and written
