Responsibilities:
Record customer orders in the ERP system and accompany them until invoice dispatch
Coordinate delivery dates with internal departments and external contacts
Prepare export documents for international goods shipments
Record import processes and coordinate with responsible partners
Handle customer enquiries by phone and in writing
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Relieve marketing of organisational tasks
Maintain customer and article data in the ERP system
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in internal sales, export, or order processing
Confident use of MS Office and digital tools
Experience with an ERP system
Structured and independent working style
Strong customer orientation in daily contact
Reliable communication with internal and external contacts
Very good German skills as well as good English skills
